East Rutherford, NJ — The field has been set for Harness Horse Youth Foundation’s “invitational” exhibition to be held Saturday (Aug. 3) at Meadowlands Racetrack. Representatives from the recently concluded Leadership program were selected to participate.

Genna Kerlin will drive Royal Attire; assistant driver is Dexter Dunn
Genna is 12 years old and lives in Allentown, N.J.
Post Position 2
Collin Young will drive Ima’s Hit; assistant driver is Corey Callahan
Collin is 14 years old and lives in Wallkill, N.Y.
Post Position 3
Paige Kopiec will drive I Want Another; assistant driver is David Miller
Paige is 16 years old and lives in London, Ohio
Post Position 4
Dedrick Sanders will drive CD’s Miss M; assistant driver is Tim Tetrick
Dedrick is 15 years old and lives in Walnut Grove, Miss.
“HHYF is proud of the efforts put forth by this year’s selected young people. Each one showed great improvement and interest as the Leadership week progressed. It is always a pleasure to reward outstanding efforts with the total experience of Hambletonian Day, not to mention the thrill of being on the track with harness racing’s finest drivers,” explained Executive Director Ellen Taylor.
Post time for the HHYF exhibition will be 11:25 a.m. (EDT), just prior to the beginning of the day’s star-packed card including the Hambletonian and Hambletonian Oaks.

The Harness Horse Youth Foundation is a charitable 501(c)3 organization dedicated to providing young people and their families educational opportunities with harness horses in order to foster the next generation of participants and fans.
