The Harness Horse Youth Foundation Board of Trustees is happy to announce their 2020 Service To Youth Award selection will go to the Antonacci Family Foundation of Lindy Farms located in Somers, Connecticut.
“The long term commitment of Lindy Farms to HHYF and harness racing is nearly unparalleled” explained HHYF President Adam Bowden. “From board service to support and generosity for many years, individually and collectively, the family has made the organization so much better. Our trustees were unanimous in this decision.”
The HHYF Service To Youth recognition program has been honoring those who support the HHYF mission of introducing and educating young people and their families about harness racing since 1980.
“It is an honor for the Antonacci Family to be selected” said Frank M. Antonacci, a former member of the HHYF board of trustees. “We have been proud supporters for many years and commend the work Harness Horse Youth Foundation does for the sport by encouraging youth participation and development. As an HHYF graduate, Philip Antonacci exemplifies the mission as a future leader in the racing industry.”
Presentation will take place this fall at The Red Mile.
